Two decades and more in the corporate world have taught me that success is never measured in designations alone. What I have truly gained are the people, the experiences I’ve lived, the challenges I’ve overcome, and the countless lessons that have sculpted both my character and my professional identity.
My journey has taken me through diverse industries and organisations—Malayala Manorama, GE, Mahindra Holidays, Vodafone, FirstSource, Charter BPO, Eben Telecom, and BPL Mobiles. Each organization contributed something meaningful to my growth.
Some experiences taught me how to succeed. Others taught me how to handle setbacks. Many taught me how to understand customers, work with people, manage teams, and, most importantly, keep learning.
Thankful for everything!
No career is built alone. Behind every milestone were people who believed in me, challenged me, guided me, supported me, and gave me opportunities to prove myself.
I have been fortunate to work with leaders who saw potential in me, colleagues who stood beside me, and teams who taught me as much as I may have taught them.
To every individual who crossed my professional path—you have all been extraordinary.
- Thank you for believing in me.
- Thank you for challenging me.
- Thank you for teaching me.
- Thank you for walking alongside me.
A heartfelt shout-out to everyone!!!
At the end of every interaction and every situation in this journey, one thing became clearer to me: business is ultimately about PEOPLE.
This fire within me to help individuals build confidence and capability, and to help organizations develop stronger, more effective, and engaged people, was so fierce that it took a great deal of thought, strength, and courage to take the risk of stepping away from a stable and fulfilling career at an incredible organization like Malayala Manorama.
Starting my own journey as a Corporate Trainer, Leadership Facilitator, and Business Coach is not a departure from my corporate career. It is a natural extension of everything I have learned along the way. Today, I have the opportunity to share those experiences with others.
The sales conversations, customer interactions, leadership responsibilities, team challenges, successes, and failures—especially the learnings I gained throughout my initial journey, from the ground level to the various designations I have held—have all become part of my learning toolkit.
And for that opportunity, I am grateful too.
To everyone I am yet to meet: I look forward to learning, growing, and creating an impact together.
My journey continues, but I carry the lessons, experiences, and memories of the past with immense gratitude.
Inspire. Empower. Transform.
Because every journey becomes meaningful not just by where it takes us, but by the people who help us along the way.
